1. The features of a noble king are sublime
Minds are confused by his qualities

2. Obvious beauty they envy
Its jewels shone from its shells

3. Thought represents it with etiquette
Flowers of a garden for its kindnesses

4. Its wonders have no number
And who can count its varieties?

5. And it is true its beauties have not ceased
To be the system of my life's endowments

6. So with praise I hope it notices me
The eyes of wishes in its horizons

7. I go and come and it has spread
Over me a cloak of its edges
