3. Open-handed with generosity, initiator of justice, bestower
Of abundant favor out of munificence and goodness

4. His abundant virtues cannot be counted
And who can count gems by strings?

5. His caliphate is safety within safety
His rule is prosperity within prosperity

6. Serene of face, cheerful of countenance, faithful
In springs and meadows

7. He upholds the covenant, preserving it gratefully
He releases a prisoner of injustice from shackles

8. We have been granted happiness, security and bliss
With the happiest of rulers, loyal to covenants
