1. The one who increased your power
I do not think the slanderers except jealous

2. They have with us from eyelids
Partitions that unveil the veils

3. Whenever her gaze wandered, people left
Intoxicated, yet they are not drunk

4. O a gazelle that cried and a branch that bent
A crescent that fasted and a full moon that shone

5. My tears for your love were plenty
The fire of my heart made them fresh

6. An ornament I do not lend to a lover
The people of the ornament preoccupied themselves with borrowing

7. What is wrong with my orphan heart that went astray
And forgot the one who lit the fires of passions

8. You have a neck and a nape that left
The gazelle out of extreme shyness seeking the wilderness

9. And curves that took the wine in their saliva
And gave minds intoxication

10. The aromas of the breeze think in it
A scent from the son of Shad is borrowed

11. The supported King, the ever present, the fortunate
If he came he came, or traveled he traveled

12. And the generous one who loved money until
He almost loved deeds and lifetimes

13. The most just of rulers in rule so he does not
Wrong except the enemies and dinars

14. Spread fame and overflowed to people like a river
So we praised the gardens and the rivers

15. His only flaw is that the beauty of his hands
Enslaves the free

16. His generosity kept wronging money
Until it clothed freshness with yellowness

17. Run, run towards his call
So if you meet then flee, flee

18. Like the water of the sky in creation prosperous
And son of the water of the sky in power and following

19. Whenever the hopeful sought forgiveness from others
His palm sent continuous dew

20. And if war flared up, it is as if the
Sword borrowed ferocity from his might

21. Owner of a trained sword that did not leave
For the enemy in the Levant, any dwellings

22. Hastening the infidels with killing before
They beget among it an immoral infidel

23. O a King who revived poetry and gifts
So we came to his market with poems

24. And met the goods of purpose and praise
So we came to Hama as traders

25. I ask Allah to increase you in virtue
And loftiness over all creation and pride

26. You protected me from the harm of time and my war
Tried me and walked with arrogance

27. And your heavy rain poured helpfully
You taught me unmatched praises

28. We did not extend the right hand to you seeking
Gifts except thanking the left
