12. Peace be upon the nobility of character after you
Like the face of a meadow, and the meadow is admired

13. The secret charities after you have passed and vanished
Oh what a pity for the secret that vanishes in the chest

14. The glamour of etiquette after its clarity is gone
And that well-mannered spectacle is hidden

15. Verily in the cause of God lies one in a grave
And his traits in the earth dictate and inscribe

16. A noble youth, his lineage and nature ennobled
So his virtues are inherited wealth and gains

17. Exclusive glory spreads his praise, how not
And his sweet fragrance in the mention is most fragrant

18. So who will convey to Shayban when you traveled
That the horizon with shooting stars is made white

19. And that the sons of hopes without your shepherding
Are destitute, no mother or father is there

20. We lost you like the loss of spring so our time
Is bleak, and the blossoming month has departed

21. A brother of cultivation, honor and piety
Seeking the nobility of the two abodes and striving

22. If we had not found your bounties sufficient we bewailed
By your prayer's grace and the pouring rain's flood

23. You passed away where every blemish is far
And your deeds draw near in righteousness

24. And your days are like full moons, no waxing fortunes
That come and go can harm them

25. In them the soul struggles and life is possible
And this life's splendor is a thing beloved

26. God has made a world that cannot be a passage
To the attainment of the next, coveting and riding

27. I wonder at one who hopes for approval yet neglects
While our procrastination, knowing that, is more wondrous

28. These days are nothing but stages
And it is best to finish them soon and pluck them

29. If breaths are steps toward life
Then the distance is closer and nearer

30. Inhabitant of the gardens of bliss congratulated
While leaving us in burning regret

31. Your era watered the parched valley, so it has long
Quenched our thirst, pouring from your attainment

32. And the swords of misfortune have not sheathed
For after your death, life is undesirable
