1. The slave does not cease his supplication,
And you know well that this is implausible,
١. ما انقطع المملوك عن ترداده
وأنت تدري أن ذاك ممتنع
2. So praise be to God for your knowledge, my Master,
I am but a human, never ceasing.
٢. فالحمد لله على علمك يا
مولايَ إني بشرٌ لا ينقطع
