1. On this blessed Eid you brought joy,
Returning with delights and good fortune.

2. Still I remain happy and content,
As you brought people joy with justice and diligence.

3. You did good to them so they were grateful,
Your kindness to them will never fade.

4. Their Lord rewarded you with abundant bounty,
And favored you with goodness and lasting virtue.

5. What a Lord you have, so generous
And grants from Himself reward everlasting.

6. The Sultan, may his triumph endure,
Knew your exemplary conduct and character.

7. He gave you from his bounty what you deserved,
An exalted office, ever enduring.

8. You lower your wing to people in humility,
Increasing in their eyes your stature and glory.

9. Much praise of you came from them,
You are worthy, called Muhammad you were.

10. All exerted, praying for you to their Lord,
And began each praising you with song.

11. Among them you have no enemy, except he who
Hates merit, magnanimity and munificence.

12. How many wronged gained their right through you,
How many oppressors you deterred from transgression.

13. How many came to you seeking refuge,
And you were their helper, aide and rescuer.

14. You gathered all virtues in yourself,
Unique in this age, peerless and matchless.

15. You sought knowledge and grasped it in full,
And for the highest office, you were elevated.

16. Still you have expansive prestige and refuge,
Still you have long standing and purpose.

17. Open to good, producing righteousness,
Guiding to glad tidings, initiating goodness.

18. May your bright smile last with its cheer,
Your mouth smiling, your grace everflowing.

19. May fortune, honor, attainment and glory last for you,
And the best of wishes, success and eminence endure.

20. Remain just, gracious, merciful evermore,
Of excellent counsel, forever guided aright.

21. Let Eids always bring you every delight,
Approaching you in most beautiful perfection eternally.
