5. With coquetry in its cheeks as evidence for me
That I killed it, apparent proofs

6. Whenever its love wearied me, I made its love
A religion and creed, exclusively for me

7. All my time was lost in its love
In "perhaps", "if only" and "maybe"

8. Do not increase me, O reproacher, in its love
Keep advice, I am not receptive to it

9. For my heart is sick and my tears confused
And my illness is dormant and my heart infatuated
