1. He whose heart is enamored with you does not awake
And because of you his captive heart is set free

2. You are to him so the land did not stir him
He journeyed to you and nor did carnelian motivate him

3. And for us your presence made the mosques
A place for his dimmed eyes and his devotion

4. And you have an obligation just as the ritual and hastening
To you, and the casting and the cries of Allahu Akbar

5. And the eye of conscience sees you and lowers
Its gaze in awe of your tremendousness and avoids

6. You are what flowed into my conscience
More knowing when it was stirred with yearning

7. And my discourse about you is longstanding yet
Unlike my discourse it is created
