1. This is the greatest abode,
And the blooming garden wherein lies the pulpit,

ูก. ูŠุง ู…ูู‚ู„ุชูŠ ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ู…ู‚ุงู…ู ุงู„ุฃูƒุจูŽุฑู
ูˆุงู„ุฑูˆุถูŽุฉู ุงู„ุบู†ู‘ุงุกู ููŠู‡ุง ุงู„ู…ู†ุจูŽุฑู

2. And the exalted mosque whose niche
Ever boasts to the universe.

ูข. ูˆุงู„ู…ุณุฌูุฏู ุงู„ุฃุณู…ู‰ ุงู„ุฐูŠ ู…ุญุฑุงุจู‡ู
ุฃุจุฏุงู‹ ุนู„ู‰ ุงู„ุฃูƒูˆุงู†ู ุทูุฑู‘ุงู‹ ูŠูุฎูŽุฑู

3. These are the goodly precincts of fragrant Al-Gharra
Wherefrom the aroma of musk and ambergris flows.

ูฃ. ู‡ุฐูŠ ู…ุฑุงุจุนู ุทูŠุจุฉูŽ ุงู„ุบูŽุฑู‘ุง ุงู„ุชูŠ
ู…ู† ุทูŠุจู‡ุง ุทุงุจูŽ ุงู„ุดุฐุง ูˆุงู„ุนูŽู†ุจูŽุฑู

4. This is Al-Baqee and that is the noblest spot
Wherein the Family and Companions are buried.

ูค. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ุจู‚ูŠุนู ูˆุฐุงูƒ ุฃุดุฑูŽูู ุจูู‚ุนูŽุฉู
ุงู„ุขู„ู ูˆุงู„ุฃุตุญุงุจู ููŠู‡ุง ุฃู‚ุจูุฑูˆุง

5. This is the palm-tree land and that is the house of Al-Mustafa
Do you not see the lights manifest themselves therein?

ูฅ. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ู†ุฎูŠู„ู ูˆุชู„ูƒ ุฏุงุฑู ุงู„ู…ุตุทูู‰
ุฃูู„ุง ุชูŽุฑู‰ ุงู„ุฃู†ูˆุงุฑูŽ ููŠู‡ุง ุชุธู‡ุฑู

6. This is the supreme, great place
Wherein Al-Mustafa was wont to meditate.

ูฆ. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ู…ูƒุงู† ุงู„ุฃุนุธู…ู ุงู„ุฃุณู…ู‰ ุงู„ุฐูŠ
ู‚ุฏ ูƒุงู† ููŠู‡ ุงู„ู…ุตุทูู‰ ูŠูŽุชูŽุบูˆู‘ูŽุฑู

7. By God, this is a more sublime lodging
Unto which Gabriel would frequently descend.

ูง. ู‡ุฐุง ูˆุญูŽู‚ู‘ู ุงู„ู„ูŽู‡ู ุฃุดุฑูŽูู ู…ู†ุฒูู„ู
ู‚ุฏ ูƒุงู† ุฌุจุฑูŠู„ูŒ ู„ู‡ ูŠุชูƒุฑู‘ูŽุฑู

8. This is the pure, well-mannered Messenger
Of lofty lineage, stock and parentage and of great purity.

9. He in whom all beauties are collected
So that perfection in him is complete and cannot be divided.

ูุงู„ุญุณู†ู ููŠู‡ ูƒุงู…ู„ูŒ ู„ุง ูŠูุดุทูŽุฑู

10. He whose hair has darkened the gloom of night
And whose face's brightness has lit up a brilliant dawn.

ูˆุงุจูŠูŽุถู‘ูŽ ู…ู† ู…ูŽุฑุขู‡ู ููŽุฌุฑูŒ ู†ูŽูŠู‘ูุฑู

11. He whose cheeks are the garden of fragrant roses
And from whose mouth flows the Fountain of Kauthar.

ูกูก. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ุฐูŠ ู…ู† ูˆุฌู†ูŽุชูŽูŠู‡ู ุฌูŽู†ู‘ูŽุฉู
ุงู„ูˆูŽุฑุฏู ุงู„ู†ุฏูŠู‘ู ูˆู…ู† ู„ู…ุงู‡ู ุงู„ูƒูŽูˆุซูŽุฑู

12. He of the flowing locks, arched eyebrows and dark pupils,
Fair complexioned, rosy cheeked, glorious and blooming.

13. Pendant of cheek, slender of nose and graceful of stature
Which the slender one depicts through its delicateness.

ูกูฃ. ู‡ุฐุง ุฃูŽุณูŠู„ู ุงู„ุฎูŽุฏู‘ู ุฃู‚ู†ู‰ ุงู„ุฃู†ู ุฃุฒ
ู‡ู‰ ุงู„ู‚ูŽุฏู‘ู ูŠุญูƒูŠู‡ู ุงู„ู‚ูŽุถูŠุจู ุงู„ุฃุฒู‡ุฑู

14. He whose lips resemble carnelian
Wherefrom the jewel relates the story of his mouth.

ุฅุฐ ุตุงุฑ ูŠุญูƒูŠ ุซูŽุบุฑูŽ ููŠู‡ ุงู„ุฌูŽูˆู‡ูŽุฑู

15. This is the noblest of creation, the elite among creation,
The open-handed among creation- he has no peer to be observed.

ุทู„ู‚ู ุงู„ุฎู„ู‚ู ู„ูŠุณูŽ ู„ู‡ ู†ุธูŠุฑูŒ ูŠูู†ุธูŽุฑู

16. He from whose light shone forth
The lights of this universe- he is the source.

ูกูฆ. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ุฐูŠ ู‚ุฏ ุฃุดุฑูŽู‚ูŽุช ู…ู† ู†ูˆุฑูู‡ู
ุฃู†ูˆุงุฑู ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ูƒูˆู†ู ููŽู‡ูˆูŽ ุงู„ุนูู†ุตูุฑู

17. He for whom laws were broken
In many a miracle unseen of any observer's eye.

ูกูง. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ุฐูŠ ุฎูุฑูู‚ูŽุช ู„ู‡ ุงู„ุนุงุฏุงุชู ููŠ
ูƒูŽู… ู…ุนุฌุฒุงุช ู…ุง ุฑุขู‡ุง ุงู„ู…ูุจุตูุฑู

18. For whose birth appeared wondrous signs
And great portents that dazzle minds.

ู…ุงุชูŒ ูˆุขูŠุงุชูŒ ุนุธุงู…ูŒ ุชูŽุจู‡ูŽุฑู

19. He whose lights extinguished the lights
Of accursed Persia- miserable are those lights!

ุฃู†ูˆุงุฑูŽ ูุงุฑุณูŽ ุจูุฆุณูŽ ุชู„ูƒ ุงู„ุฃู†ูˆูุฑู

20. Since the light of Al-Mustafฤ shone forth
The palace of Chosroes has continued to crumble.

ู…ูุฐ ุจุงู†ูŽ ู†ูˆุฑู ุงู„ู…ุตุทูู‰ ูŠูŽุชูŽูƒูŽุณู‘ูŽุฑู

21. He who restored the sight of Qatฤdah
After blindness so that he saw sharply once more.

ูขูก. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ุฐูŠ ู‚ูŽุฏ ุฑูŽุฏู‘ูŽ ุนูŽูŠู†ูŽ ู‚ุชุงุฏูŽุฉู
ุจุนุฏูŽ ุงู„ุนูŽู…ู‰ ููŽุบูŽุฏูŽุช ุณุฑูŠุนุงู‹ ุชูุจุตูุฑู

22. He whom God has praised
In His Revelation in many a verse that none can deny.

ูขูข. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ุฐูŠ ู‚ุฏ ุฃูŽุซู†ู‰ ุนู„ูŠู‡ู ุงู„ู„ูŽู‡ู ููŠ
ุงู„ุชู†ุฒูŠู„ู ููŠ ูƒูŽู… ุขูŠูŽุฉู ู„ุง ุชูู†ูƒูŽุฑู

23. Concerning whom numerous verses
Between mankind were revealed- he is Al-Abtar (the Severed one).

ูขูฃ. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ุฐูŠ ู‚ุฏ ุฃู†ุฒูู„ูŽุช ููŠ ุดูŽุฃู†ู‡ู
ุดุงู†ูŠูƒูŽ ุจูŠู†ูŽ ุงู„ู†ุงุณ ู‡ูˆูŽ ุงู„ุฃุจุชูŽุฑู

24. For him the sun at daybreak was brought back
After its setting and the full moon was cleft asunder.

ูขูค. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ุฐูŠ ุฑูุฏู‘ูŽุช ู„ู‡ ุดู…ุณู ุงู„ุถูุญู‰
ุจุนุฏ ุงู„ู…ุบูŠุจู ูˆุดูู‚ู‘ูŽ ุจุฏุฑูŒ ุฃู†ูˆูŽุฑู

25. For him the wolf spoke plainly
As did the gazelle of yellow hue.

ูขูฅ. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ุฐูŠ ู‚ูŽุฏ ุฌุงุกูŽู‡ู ุถูŽุจู‘ู ุงู„ููŽู„ุง
ู…ูุชูŽูƒูŽู„ู…ุงู‹ ูˆูƒุฐุง ุงู„ุบุฒุงู„ู ุงู„ุฃุนููŽุฑู

26. For him the forearm related what
It retained of the Jew's venom to inform.

ูขูฆ. ู‡ุฐุง ุงู„ุฐูŠ ู†ุทู‚ูŽ ุงู„ุฐุฑุงุนู ู„ู‡ ุจู…ุง
ู‚ุฏ ุถูŽู…ู‘ูŽ ู…ูู† ุณูู…ู‘ู ุงู„ูŠู‡ูˆุฏู ูŠูุฎูŽุจู‘ูุฑู

27. In whose palm mute stones did glorify
Blessed indeed are those rocks!

28. He who satisfied a great army
With a few provisions- rather very few provisions!

29. He who quenched the thirst of Al-Khamฤซs by a single Sa'a
Of water whereupon he was sated by dates.
