1. May Allah shower Bashar with rains of mercy,
Bestowing upon him blessings in the morn and eve,

2. Dear friends of my heart, and those who hold for them,
Sincerity and affection established in their conscience.

3. May the Most Merciful greet them with forgiveness and pleasure,
And grace them with kindness, nearness, and intimacy.

4. For they are my beloved, my family, and masters,
And our beneficent elders who planted for us seeds-

5. Seeds of glory in the essence of an immaculate lineage-
Our fortress against foreigners and all other tribes.

6. And forget not what lies between the graves with thyme-
A grave, the memory of which my heart shall never forget-

7. Containing a righteous and blessed comradeship-
With it I honored a grave, and with it adorned a headstone.

8. In it I buried she in whom lay my soul and comfort,
So life after her demise became but withered and arid.

9. O Mercy of the Merciful! Visit it, and make permissible
Upon her grave, so her soul may be content.

10. Greet her on my behalf with peace, and my soul
With the spirit of acceptance, affection, and sensibility.

11. And tell her that I keep to my vow and loyalty,
Though annihilation has encompassed mankind and jinn.

12. And who is there that hopes for survival after Ahmad-
The Prophet of guidance, whose light shames even the sun?
