1. Achieve much with very little
And prepare the house for a long journey

2. Be not deceived by this world, leave it
For this world is no home for a lodger

3. Do not think you will remain
For none have a path to remaining

4. Do not be greedy for possessions
Even if a close kin or blood relation

5. Spend from it no matter how much wealth you have
And advance from it for the difficult day

6. The best provision is consciousness of God, so know
Roll up your sleeves beyond saying and telling

7. The right of God is greater than any right
So stand for the right of the Majestic King

8. And obedience to Him is the riches of both abodes so hold fast
And in it is honor for the submissive slave

9. And in disobeying Him is shame and hellfire
And in it is distance along with disgrace and affliction

10. So do not disobey your God, but obey Him
Always so you may attain acceptance

11. And good pleasure from the Merciful Lord
Great of bounty, Bestower of abundance

12. And may our Lord bless
In every time, at dawn and dusk

13. Upon Taha the giver of glad tidings with all good
