1. Behold Sulaiman facing the pouring rain
With God's mercy upon the virgins and the clan

2. The noble gentleman, son of the noblest men
From the family of Ahmad, the seal of messengers

3. What a noble one he is, among the righteous remembered
His secrets untouched, his deeds proclaimed

4. Raised in obedience to the Merciful since youth
Goodness, righteousness and care for the sick his deeds

5. He walked the path of ancestors past
With the foremost saints his guardians

6. So may God honor his resting place and have mercy
And be pleased with him, forgiving all slips

7. And reunite us where you brought him
To the abode of truth, the goal of every saint

8. And grant us success in righteous deeds
That please You before death and fate befall

9. Then blessings upon the Chosen One, our liege
Muhammad, and God's peace thereafter
