1. Welcome, oh gentle gazelle song
Who visited me here at ease

2. Like a rod of eglantine in bloom
Bending in trinkets and finery

3. Whenever the south wind stirs it
Magically it sways like a dangling fruit

4. It is drunk from the cup of youth
Not the cup of sin and missteps

5. Its sight cured my soul
Of all sickness and defects

6. A refreshing scent on its lips
Delightful in slopes and heights

7. I found it most pleasant and gentle
Fine in coming and going

8. Created like a soft breeze
Stirring the virgins and origin

9. No defect or boredom in it
Wretched are defect and boredom

10. Its branches are night and its flower
A moon hunting with eyelashes

11. I have not stopped in its company
Descending at the green campsite

12. So the Merciful watered its meadow
Between a quarter of people and a mountain

13. And irrigated the barren plains
Pouring after the running rain

14. The quarter becomes fertile from it
Green in litter and plain

15. A square of loved ones from the past
And stopover of the first masters

16. I have not ceased in calling for good
In God's protection, the best guardian

17. And God the True, our Creator
Exalted above likeness and peer

18. And the protection of the Chosen of Medina
Ahmad the angels and messengers

19. And the protection of the honorable lineage
The children of Zahra and the family of Ali

20. And the Alawi leaders our guides
Gatherers of knowledge and deed

21. And protectors of the neighbor against
Harm with whips and swords

22. The generous hoping for one whose
Mother is fertile and settled

23. Like our Master the Emigrant who
Clung to the son of Isa the valiant master

24. And Obaidullah following him
The mentioned Alawi in register

25. And upon our Shaykh who came with
The Imam the all-encompassing assembly

26. And the jurist our pillar
The decent benefactor openhanded

27. To the inheritances of the Messenger they held fast
And the Commander of the Faithful Ali

28. And from the two grandsons they inherited
Then how much patience and sacrifice

29. From roots purified and enhanced
From all filth and impurity

30. And branches that grew and towered
To the heights without contention

31. They are the land’s protection from turmoil
And guides of mankind to the paths

32. So take refuge in them in every adversity
And invoke the Owner of the Throne through them and pray

33. And may the prayers of God always
Envelop the Seal of Messengers

34. Ahmad the Guide and his lineage
As long as lightning flashes on hills

35. And leaves rustle at dawn
On eglantine and jujube branches
