1. Take what is pure and leave the murk,
And leave all your matters to fate.

2. No matter how often you are overwhelmed, as has passed,
The Guide of existence is the best of humans.

3. Verily all matters are predetermined,
By a pen on the Guarded Tablet,

4. With foreknowledge, before forms were created,
So leave your worries, for they are

5. Just harm, my friend.
And seize your time and relax,

6. If you have not attained success.
And return to God if

7. Misfortunes or harm beset you.
And if you are afflicted with tribulation,

8. Then be patient with it, among the patient.
Whoever does good, believing,

9. Is honored among others.
And if you are distinguished with blessings

10. Then give thanks among the thankful.
To God, Lord of the worlds,

11. Continue to give, as mentioned.
And work righteousness for yourself,

12. To be saved from all evil.
And you will succeed in goodness –

13. It is gardens. What an abode!
The abode of eternity, bliss,

14. The abode of honor and beholding.
And prepare your provision for the return,

15. Before the suddenness surprises you.
For death is coming soon,

16. And perhaps your day is present.
O Lord, You are the goal,

17. The shelterer and preserver.
O Lord, so veil and pardon me,

18. For You are the most generous of the veilers.
O Lord, and seal for us

19. With good, if the journey has come.
O Lord, and look upon us –

20. You are the best of beholders.
Then send prayers on the Messenger,

21. The best of humankind, of Mudar.
The seal of the honored prophets,

22. What excellent lanterns they are!
And his family and companions,

23. And the followers, upon the traces,
As long as the breezes stir

24. The fragrant aloe-wood at dawn,
Or the leaves of the sanctuary rustle

25. Above the branches of trees.
