1. O you whose love settled
In my heart and dwelled

2. Have mercy on the imploring one
O companion of insomnia

3. Whose tears flow like rainclouds
For the loss of the shining pearls

4. Whose face is like the moon
And whose branch is like darkness

5. Tell the deer of the sand dunes
To forgive this hump

6. To be near and unite
That his life may be sweet

7. And avoid the Almighty
For the witness is martyred

8. Before the heat comes
And bursts forth to dig

9. My friend get up, for separation has been long
And walk with us, walk with us till we reach happiness

10. In Mecca or Mina where pilgrims gather
That we may attain our hopes and finish the journey

11. And then we will come to the Messenger Muhammad the Chosen One
The best of creations, the Messenger, we complain of the unjust people

12. Of every ignorant oppressor who troubled our calm
O our Lord, O Peace, help us with the best of creations
