1. We accept the judgement of Allah, since it was our destiny
Ali and the Prophet Muhammad's sons

2. We bid him welcome and greetings
We kiss his hands out of love and affection

3. So command us with what satisfies you, we will obey happily
With the clashing of swords and spears

4. And the darkening of those you made dark, without objection
Even if those darkened were not meant to be darkened

5. If you obtain what you desire, that is what we want
And if you miss what you desire, it was not intentional
