1. O King of kings, grant me my wishes
And soothe a heart burdened with longing

2. You give and withhold, confer and deprive
Whether learned or ignorant, You rule all

3. What worth are the favors I seek
From the One who owns the earth, breadth and length?

4. O Lord, I've accustomed my soul
To seek from none but You, no other

5. So preserve my ways through Your grace
Lest I see my covenants annulled

6. Drench me in the downpour of Your bounty
And around me wrap many veils

7. Give free rein to provide my livelihood
For You've made rizq's channels plentiful
