1. It set forth informing of the matter which
The son of Abi al-Rijal Muhammad complains of

2. And to you O pride of mankind I sent it
So look to know which of us is the obstinate one

3. And perhaps the millstone of authority turned upon
A man so he strayed from the truth confused

4. The days and its people are accustomed to defraud
Who can aim rightly at each fraud?

5. So if you hear a crooked saying
In a matter of authority said by one who criticizes

6. Know that people are ruled by him
Who is pleased and ruled against who is repressed

7. By Allah they were not pleased with Muhammad's saying
And he is the Messenger and his word is not rejected

8. No, nor were they pleased with Haydar's saying
And he is the chosen Imam who strives

9. So when will you see them pleased with my sayings
Without bringing what cannot be found?

10. And upon you O son of the two most honorable greetings
From me and that is the eternal peace
