1. Pastures of mansions blended with darkness
From the possessor of fiery passion

2. Or a system from my kind brother
Who excelled in glorious and brilliant glory

3. The determined, the great, who
His actions exhausted every channel

4. Refresh the heart, for comfort is useless
Unless stirred by palms for the maids

5. His beauty shook my limbs lively

6. He built palaces, unmatched
By any palace however channels are narrowed

7. You kept alive the knowledge of fathers passed away
From the chosen people in those lands

8. Swimming, O glory of Islam, in
The sea of the deep knowledge of the learned

9. You seek flowers and fruits without
The pouring plentiful rain and fruitful rain

10. You see the truth when darkened
By perplexing darkness with prevailing

11. Then you dispraised in every art a menstruating
Galloping she-camel the courtyard of trial

12. Hold on to writing, he who won over
Every preceding Sheikh on the day of competition

13. Al-Husayn the master of nobility who
Excelled in knowledge, asceticism and dignity

14. May Allah's peace cover you and
Cover you in night, morning and day

15. If our pens fall short
Of the rights of the great intimate friends

16. Then what settled in the heart of
Love suffices the toil of apology
