1. They urged the camel rider towards the dwellings of Raba
Our separation has cracked the hearts with a crack

2. They urged the camel with us to a country
That became harmonious and congenial to the inhabitants

3. O how excellent are the dwellings and its inhabitants
If the dwellings avail, excellent are its dwellings

4. O inhabitants of Sana'a, the clouds
Have not ceased pouring on you copiously

5. Say to the Imam, does he not have mercy on one
Who has parted from loved ones and quarters

6. What is wrong with him taking us around the countries
With no intellect that makes him understand nor law

7. A journey without benefit that returns upon
A religion or life no benefit to us absolutely
