1. When the prince betrays, and his scribes,
And the judge of the land is partial in his judgement,

2. Then woe, and woe again, and woe
To the judge of the land from the Judge of the heavens.

3. And if the beloved of one with affection
Misleads him from the clear truth,

4. Then may the Lord of the Throne not let him remain
Blinded by any partial inclination.
