2. And my glory shows the Banu Khindif
That every generous one is from Yemen

3. I am the son of encounter, I am the son of generosity
I am the son of striking, I am the son of stabbing

4. I am the son of deserts, I am the son of verses
I am the son of saddles, I am the son of riders

5. Long spear, long pillar
Long spear shaft, long blade

6. Iron clad, iron protector
Iron sword, iron wings

7. My sword races the death of men toward them
As if they were in a race

8. It sees the essence of timid hearts
When I am in a rage and I cannot see myself

9. I will make it the judge over souls
Even if my tongue falls short, it is enough for me
