1. The best with which iron is dyed
Are its dyers rage and sorrow
١. أَحسَنُ ما يُخضَبُ الحَديدُ بِهِ
وَخاضِبَيهِ النَجيعُ وَالغَضَبُ
2. So do not disgrace it with weakness, for
Water and gold do not mix in it
٢. فَلا تَشينَنهُ بِالنُضارِ فَما
يَجتَمِعُ الماءُ فيهِ وَالذَهَبُ
