1. The secret unfolds where the lights illuminate,
And the Divine Decree intended for you its intent.

2. And when you travel, salutations bid you farewell,
Wherever you turn, and blessings flow plentiful.

3. And time shows you what you attempt against foes,
As if its turns were your helpers and allies.

4. You rode forth the finest steeds from an abundant spring,
With sights raised awaiting your arrival afar.

5. You, whom time boasts of in its chronicles,
And its annals are adorned with your tales.

6. If it denies, its requital is demise,
If it pardons, its gifts are lifetimes.

7. Though kings may grant you their bounties,
The kings' pearls are but dust to your jewels.

8. Your heart fears no harm from fate,
But fears disgrace may draw near you.

9. You differ from all creations' nature,
As titans differ from you, submissive in your presence.

10. O you who brings low the arrogant neighbor,
And humiliates the tyranny of the unjust ruler.

11. Wherever you may be, no far distance
Can hinder the meeting, no shrine is too far.

12. Without what I secretly harbor of love for you,
The camel is saddled and the veil lifted.

13. What I left behind me is lost,
I have no preference over my anxiety for it.

14. And when you are present, then every water is potable,
And every land is home, were it not for dependents.

15. The Emir granted me to return to them -
A bond sailing on the winds of verse.
