6. Al-Musharrafiyya remains always noble
It is the cure for every generous person, or it is the pain

7. The horseman is one who calms his horse
In the road, while blood is on its sides, it flows

8. It alone enraged him, though there is no anxiety in his heart
It provoked him, though there is no coarseness in his speech

9. With the army, all the chiefs are defended

12. It is as if they anticipate them in order to destroy them

15. When one wounded calls another wounded, the closest rib parts from its sister
More beautiful than the chicks of the ostrich taken by surprise

17. Escaped while in their insides there was dread
He undertakes security for a time while stupefied

18. And he drinks wine for a period while vomiting
How many times has a pilgrim on the road guaranteed

19. For singing girls, one with no piety or restraint
He fights sleep from himself when he wants it

20. And expels sleep from himself when he lies down
Deaths approach and do not cease standing

21. Until he tells them โ€œreturnโ€ and they rush off
Say to Al-Dumustuq that the Muslims towards you

22. Have betrayed the Emir, so he punished them for what they did
You found them asleep in your blood

23. As if their killing of you made them weary
The weak hands refrain from their example

24. From the enemies, though they intended them evil
Do not think whoever you captured had any strength left

25. For none eat of them but the hyena of the corpses
Why not on the back of the valley when

26. A lion climbed up, they pass one by one, not gathered
Every hissing serpent tears you with its young

27. And the blow takes from you more than it leaves
Rather, God presented the armies to you

28. So they would be without corruption when they return
So every raid against you after this, for it

ูˆูŽูŠูŽุทุฑูุฏู ุงู„ู†ูŽูˆู…ูŽ ุนูŽู†ู‡ู ุญูŠู†ูŽ ูŠูŽุถุทูŽุฌูุนู

29. And every raider to the Sword of the State follows
The generous walk in the footsteps of others

30. While you create what you do and innovate
And does time shame you when you were its knight?

31. While others in it were helpless and weak
Whoever's position is above the sun's position

32. Nothing can raise him nor bring him down
Regret did not submit its purpose in consequences

33. If the companions and followers submitted it
If only kings were providers over fates

34. Then no lowly one would have hope in them
I was pleased with them when you visited tumult, and they saw

35. And when you struck your white swords, and they listened
Deceit in dealings permitted you

36. From one you benefitted not with sincerity
Time makes excuses while the sword waits

37. And their land for you is a dwelling and an abode
The mountains are no protection for a Christian

38. Even if the strongest summit became Christian
I did not praise you in dreadful times

39. Until I tested you, while the heroes recoiled
One in whom there is a tear may be thought brave
