16. You called on those who believe in equality and brotherhood

46. We found in you, O noble people, what we knew of you

And nothing in your life was more beautiful

48. You saw crowds thronging in succession
Fulfilling a duty with obligations joined

49. You saw no one forgotten, and none superior
None herded, none ahead

50. Passion stirs them for the Sacred House
To which hopes make accepted pilgrimage

51. You saw among them in oratory a stirring of strength
And you saw among them in poetry a cleaving of beauty
