21. When their feet were uncovered as they walked proudly,
Their anklets rang and the sleigh bells jingled.

22. Swaying with heavy ankles, shanks,
Thighs, and legs which their garments covered.

23. And they interrupted the wordsโ€™ middles charmingly,
As the cold north wind disturbed the water noisily.

24. And you brought me close until you made me,

25. So if you wish - by Allah - I shall leave, and indeed,
I am afraid after this to not see you again.

26. She saw my arm was strong, and beneath his clothes,
Were scars whose edges bled and scabbed.

29. And if you went back in fear, then I
Fear Allah, the Sultan, and sin - quivering.

30. And the mother of the two boys claimed that I,
Comforted my heart and anxieties overwhelmed me.

32. And I am affectionate when asked who is the gallant one,
And none would be but the good of the people - merciful.

33. I am about to turn the people to the people for she,
Who fears the death and the wicked who differ.

34. And I hope for the man - I know his faults -
And overlook things in which are precipitations.

35. So do not wonder, mother of the two boys, you may see,
In us fortune, and fate has in it storms.

36. Perhaps secure in our war, what may afflict him,
Are the consequences of days, and the fearful may find safety.

ูฃูฆ. ุนูŽุณู‰ ุขู…ูู†ุงู‹ ููŠ ุญูŽุฑุจูู†ุง ุฃูŽู† ุชูุตูŠุจูŽู‡ู
ุนูˆุงู‚ูุจู ุฃูŽูŠุงู…ู ูˆูŽูŠุฃูŽู…ูŽู†ูŽ ุฎุงุฆููู

37. Then those who exult over us today will cry,
And tell us fortunes are fickle.

ูˆูŽูŠูุนู‚ูุจู†ูŽู†ุง ุฅูู†ู‘ูŽ ุงู„ุฃูู…ูˆุฑูŽ ุตูŽุฑุงุฆููู

38. And if the matter is other than that, then I
Am content with Allahโ€™s decree - knowledgeable of the truth.

ูฃูจ. ูˆูŽุฅูู† ูŠูŽูƒู ุฃูŽู…ุฑูŒ ุบูŽูŠุฑูŽ ุฐุงูƒูŽ ูุฅูู†ู‘ูŽู†ูŠ
ู„ูŽุฑุงุถู ุจูู‚ูŽุฏุฑู ุงู„ู„ูŽู‡ู ู„ูู„ุญูŽู‚ู‘ู ุนุงุฑููู

39. And when the gallant overlooks his vineyard,
He is gentle to the vineyard - an adjacent neighbor.

40. And some people blow on me their magic,
And a feast as the violent winds blow.

ูˆูŽุนูŠุฏุงู‹ ูƒูŽู…ุง ุชูŽู‡ูˆูŠ ุงู„ุฑููŠุงุญู ุงู„ุนูŽูˆุงุตููู

41. And I lowered my gaze like the valiant, and I
Am a flame next to passions and a sharp co-striker.

42. And Dawiyya - from its plains to its waters,
A five day journey with precipices between.

ุฅูู„ู‰ ู…ุงุฆูู‡ุง ุฎูู…ุณูŒ ู„ูŽู‡ุง ู…ูุชูŽู‚ุงุฐููู

43. Dunes from Al-Mawmaโ€™ah whose backs are distant from each other,
Far apart, losing its way while the mirages play.

ูคูฃ. ุจูุทูˆู†ูŒ ู…ูู†ูŽ ุงู„ู…ูŽูˆู…ุงุฉู ุจูŽุนู‘ูŽุฏูŽ ุจูŽูŠู†ูŽู‡ุง
ุธูู‡ูˆุฑูŒ ุจูŽุนูŠุฏูŒ ุชูŽูŠู‡ูู‡ุง ูˆุฃูŽุทุงูŠูู

44. The guide wanders confused in it and its traveling party is ambushed,
By curves where they curve.

ูคูค. ูŠูŽุญุงุฑู ุจูู‡ุง ุงู„ู‡ุงุฏูŠ ูˆูŽูŠูŽุบุชุงู„ู ุฑูŽูƒุจูŽู‡ุง
ุชูู†ุงุฆููู ููŠ ุฃูŽุทุฑุงููู‡ูู†ู‘ูŽ ุชูŽู†ุงุฆููู

45. Emigrants - if meat was roasted because of them,
The innards of the cooking pot would be cooked from their heat.

ูคูฅ. ู‡ูŽูˆุงุฌูุฑู ู„ูŽูˆ ูŠูุดูˆู‰ ุจูู‡ุง ุงู„ู†ูŽูŠู‘ู ุฃูŽู†ุถูŽุฌูŽุช
ู…ูุชูˆู†ูŽ ุงู„ู…ูŽู‡ุง ู…ูู† ุทูŽุจุฎูู‡ูู†ู‘ูŽ ุดูŽูˆุงุณููู

46. You see the faces of youths in it as if they are,
Dirhams - some of which are valid and others counterfeit.

ูคูฆ. ุชูŽุฑู‰ ูˆูŽุฑูŽู‚ูŽ ุงู„ููุชูŠุงู†ู ููŠู‡ุง ูƒุฃูŽู†ู‘ูŽู‡ุง
ุฏูŽุฑุงู‡ูู…ู ู…ูู†ู‡ุง ุฌุงุฆุฒุงุชูŒ ูˆูŽุฒุงุฆููู

47. The traveling party of the desert takes shade in it as if it,
From the heat, is feverish with inflamed nostrils panting.

ูคูง. ูŠูŽุธูŽู„ู‘ู ุจูู‡ุง ุนูŽูŠุฑู ุงู„ููŽู„ุงุฉู ูƒุฃูŽู†ู‘ูŽู‡ู
ู…ูู†ูŽ ุงู„ุญูŽุฑู‘ู ู…ูŽุฑุซูˆู…ู ุงู„ุฎูŽูŠุงุดูู…ู ุฑุงุนููู

48. When people come to it, the Jinn cry out in it and spirits,
The guide takes shade in it turning his glance,
