1. Joy and prosperity shine on the king,
And good fortune and bliss are arranged in a row,

2. In the raiment bestowed by the Caliph,
The Imam of goodness, Mustafa, vanquisher of polytheism,

3. He is the chosen one from the House of Osman, whose
Perfection is on the path of sacred law and devotion,

4. To the Master King Abu’l-Hasan the Pleaser,
May glory upon glory come to me from the king,

5. He is the son of Hussein Pasha, his nobility ascended
To the highest sphere, rising over the celestial sphere,

6. Adorned with it among the lords of the state,
And his victorious troops from the chiefs of the Turks,

7. You can see him enthroned among the processions
Like a full moon gleaming among its processions, I swear,

8. Those who disagreed with what God has ordained
Have strayed from religion into doubt,

9. Woe to whoever roused the anger of the King
And witnessed the vicissitudes of fate without complaining,

10. My Lord, blessed felicitations have come to you
And renewal of glorious rank enduring with the king,

11. Congratulations to you and happiness to your lives, he
Is, with power, a secure ally, unbreakably tied,

12. Does not the tongue of good fortune cry out, making history,
I have renewed for your eminences the raiment of kingship,
