1. Generosity rules your comfort
And rain admires your tolerance

2. Sustenance is spread out for us
O you who are amazed by your generosity's door

3. You give pardon abundantly with happiness
While you are laughing gently

4. The blood of enemies is bought
With the tips of your swords or your spears

5. Glory comes and goes
Accompanying your rise or your rest

6. Due to your superior virtues and refinement
With good manners and your embrace

7. Of happiness for us
That we were sent to praise you

8. So greet Abu Hassan honorably
In your evenings or mornings

9. The doves cried and complained of their departure
So my heart was affected when I heard their cooing

10. I shed tears from the water springs
After loved ones, I did not stop weeping

11. Yearning's sadness insisted in my mind
If only it hastened their death, it would have relieved

12. People are hostage to worries
They did not find release from worries' captivity

13. I have chided the limbs once
Before parting, their bitterness and screaming

14. And when I remember the loyal ones as if in
My heart what their wings enclose

15. To God, the days of youth are
They cast on me the joys of youth

16. And I wore its splendor and tasted its bliss
And drank its coffee and visited its salt

17. I flirted among the singers, kissing
The cheeks blushing and biting its apples

18. And if the arrows from the eyes wounded me
I was healed by the saliva of their wounds

19. A precious one, her bracelet as if
She wore over the moist branch its scarf

20. I conversed with her the night of perfection, she confides in me
The abode of passion, her coyness and joking

21. And I accompanied her under the canopy, embracing
The well-rounded and the slender waisted

22. And if the gardens dripped from the clouds
Their calls and inhaled their spirits

23. I took her there early, with my friends
At dawn, dawn follows its morning

24. Wine skins that brought its merchants
Profit from our love of its drink

25. We got up early to pick its first fruits
Sick and got up to absorb its spirits

26. From the soft palms as if
She mixed for us the cups affectionately

27. We stayed there explaining the secret of our joy
That we relax when we drink its comfort

28. And a gang complained of fate, so it came
To wake its ghosts on its beds

29. The darkness crept at night, so it foresaw them
And the blowing wind touched its flames

30. Because they heard the mention of Mohammed
They made their rising and soul towards him

31. Until they stayed at the shepherd's home
Of the Nabhani kings who allowed them

32. There they cast their sticks humbly
To Abu Abdullah, may he succeed

33. And shepherded his young under rest's roof
The delegations knew his gifts and tolerance

34. She spread her righteousness upon the people of the simple abode
And sufficed by attaining wealth her aspirations

35. How many difficult needs for its seekers
And Allah made them possible through her

36. And how many sought refuge in him for the complaint of poverty
So he reduced it or an illness, so he removed it

37. The ways of wealth became clear in its expanse
Made passable, and he made clear its water springs

38. From a courageous Azdi group
The Ruler decreed its superiority and rectitude

39. It is the one that in each difficult day
The brave knew its fighting and struggle

40. A lion that prepared for the meeting its armors
And its steeds, its swords and its spears

41. And if years succeed in attacking it
It slaughtered its cattle to feed the guests

42. So they are the generous, for them in every status
Praise, when the delegations blame its stinginess

43. And you see Abu Abdullah their protector
Its leader, its pillar, its impregnable fortress

44. The tongues of existence spoke of the Azdi's superiority
And God decreed its gratitude and eloquence

45. And the feet and hands yielded to them
And they were certain in obedience to better it

46. You are the one who opened the doors of sublimity
To the questioners, and you still are its opener

47. You hurried to provide your petitioners needy
With joy, not complaining of their insistence

48. And you diverted its hardships without years
And dispelled the injustice of fate against it

49. And you left a spreading remembrance, O Muhammad
Its praises' fragrance blew in existence

50. And you remained pride for the loyal and mercy
And upon the enemy descended destruction, so it swept them

51. The holidays continued at your place
Its joys, delight and prosperity

52. And live safely in your happy world
Forever protected from its disgrace and sins

53. And Ibn Ma'ali, O Muhammad, generously
And the noble deeds beautifully adorn its dawn

54. And precede its poet with your poetry's jewelry
And refine it with your eulogy, its praiser

55. So from the sublime, he has endowed you with its subtlety
And from the rhymes, he has inspired you with its purity
