22. They made their intention, then performed the stoning
And sensed the beloved at the place of ritual

23. They came to Mina, casting and completing their ritual
With sacrifice between shaving and shortening

24. Indeed the generous deeds and virtues and nobility
Are for Muammar and Muhammad son of Muammar

25. Two scholars whose hands radiate with their light
Wandering between Mercury and Jupiter

26. Of the Nubahan clan, who are like
A necklace of stars or ships sailing the seas

27. When you ask them for bounty you will find them
Generous bestowers to the hopeful seeker

28. They shine joyfully as if their faces
Are radiant moons at mid-month

29. They seek glory among their abodes
Shelter of the displaced and cloak of the destitute

30. Elder and youth like lions of valor
Who befriend the riding camels' saddles

31. Tribes like courageous heroes under which
Are lions of the thickets or like the fearless leopard

32. A people, if thirsty for irrigating a pasture
Or founding a village, they shed their blood

33. Blue swords in the clouds of dust
And Muhammed is more generous than a master

34. Adorning the abode of honor untiring
Well-mannered with traits refined to

35. Noble lineage and purified origin
Protecting revealing his talents with

36. Praise on a beautiful and perfumed reputation
And if you look at the radiance of his face

37. In prosperity brighter than a flaming torch
O teacher of both eyes, the world learned of you

38. The banner of glory and pride between us
Your noble uncles, the generous Yemenis

39. And you became in the progeny of Nazar
That was never sown with contempt

40. And O exalted among the living you reside
With them of noble origin most luminous

41. And I found you, O Majid, emulating
Your father to the greatest extent

42. Seeking praise while your youth
Did not prevent you from pursuing affairs prudently

43. The blessings of my father Umar brought me
And I lost none but one whose presence was missed

44. So God ordained well-being entirely for him
What he feared and what he did not fear

45. And prolonged your age-abounding life
For generous deeds and glories that without you would not flourish

46. Submit, live this year in such manner
Celebrate, fast the length of time, and break fast.
