1. O heart, O worst of hearts, wait!
Do not think you will always be at ease

2. Or make you, O fool, deviate
Or will death not come to you at all?

3. Far from it, this is a corrupt belief
How can you deny what you witness?

4. How many lords did you see by death
Were killed and money did not avail them at all

5. Glory to Him who can guide us
And returns us as He originated us

6. From Him we knew and to Him we will return
No, there is no lord but Him, no!

7. And the sights and insights were blinded
And no power remained for every Able

8. Except by the guidance of the Most High God
The names contradicting is an amazing matter

9. He is the Honorer, the Abaser, the Guide
Say God then adhere and realize

10. His oneness is the origin of every origin
And do not be ignorant of the knowledge of causes

11. He is the Accepter of Repentance but accepts all who repent
The Guide but guides all who turn

12. So strive to be worthy of His grace
These causes with the Causer

13. Influencing every affirmative matter
Realize and do not lean on it lest you waste away
