Brought him that good news

6. So he adorned the gardens and sweetened the fields
And the valleys became lush and the meadows fertile

7. And he said to its branches clap
And to the birds on earth sing lyrics

8. And to the breezes roaming the countries
And filling them with fragrant scent

9. And their tunes rang in my ears
So I told my palm to write

10. This is the rhyme of swaying branches
And singing of birds and blow of youth

11. You have risen, hopes of my heart emerged
As if shaken by electric current

12. Yet not shaken by electricity
But the lost has seen the star

13. And handed you their reins
Souls who chose the finest lineage

14. O you of brilliant morals
O you in whose presence love is befitting

15. The small-minded spoke ill of you
For something they never fathomed

16. Who can rob the sun of its lights
And who can restrain the downpour

17. So be good to them even if they erred
Be like the serpent that pours heavy rain

18. If you don’t forgive when you are so noble
Then who will have mercy on the sinner

19. The crown and scepter have been stirred
And rightly so they are elated

20. So if they congratulate you on what you obtained
Then I congratulate you on this position
