أصباك ما خلف الستار وإنما
خلفَbehind الستائرthe curtains لؤلؤٌa pearl مكنونُhidden
خلفَ الستائر لؤلؤٌ مكنونُ
What lies behind the curtain has captivated you; indeed,
What's behind the veil has struck me, though
Behind the curtains is nothing but a hidden pearl.
Behind veils, a hidden pearl is found.
والناسand the people فيin غفَلاتهمtheir heedlessness لمdid not يعلمواknow
والناس في غفَلاتهم لم يعلموا
أنيthat I بكلof all حسانهمtheir beauties مفتونenamored
أني بكل حسانهم مفتون
And people, in their heedlessness, did not know
Oblivious people do not know
That I am enamored of all their beauties.
That I'm enthralled by all their beauty crowned.
