قومٌ يسرّونَ ما يولون من حسَنٍ

حتى كأنّهمُ إن أحسنوا اجترموا

A people who conceal the kindness they bestow,

Some folks seem ashamed when kindnesses they've shown,

so much so that, when they do good, it is as though they have committed a crime.

As if they'd sinned by doing good and helping make life known.
