Hawāzin asks me, “Where is my wealth?
Hawazin asks me where my wealth is.
And do I have any wealth but what I have spent?”
And have I any wealth besides what I have spent?
فَقُلتُso I said لَهاto her هَوازَنَO Hawazin إِنَّindeed ماليmy wealth

So I told her, “Hawāzin, indeed, my wealth—
So I said to her, “Hawazin, my wealth

Saying ‘yes’ has harmed it, and ‘yes’ has long
