هُنّئت يا ذات الفضائل والتُقَى

بوفودٍ عيدٍ نورهُ قد أشرقا

You were congratulated, O virtuous and pious one

With the arrival of a feast whose light has shone

عيدٌ لمولدكِ البهيج وفوقهُ

عيدٌ لميلادِ السرور تأَلقا

A feast for your joyful birthday and above it

A feast for the birth of radiant happiness

يا من حللتِ من المعالي ذروةً

ورَقيتِ بين الناس ارفع مُرتَقَى

O you who have worn the highest virtues

And have ascended among people to the highest place

شكراً لغيرتكِ التي اتقدت فإن

شُبّهتِ بالشمس المنيرة صُدِّقا

Thanks for your zeal which was ignited for if

You were compared to the luminous sun it was verified

والشمس تشرقُ ثمَّ تغرب دائماً

ونراكِ مشرقةً لزمتِ المشرقا

And the sun rises then sets constantly

And we see you shining, you remained in the east

وافت شقيقتكِ العزيزة نحونا

كالبدر ساطعةً فنعم المُلتَقَى

Your dear sister met us

Like the full moon, shining, what a great meeting

لا زلتما في ذروة العليآءِ ما

غنَّت مطوَّقةٌ على غصن النقا

You both are still at the peak of glory as long as

A singing bird sits on a branch of purity
