تباركَ اسمُكَ كمْ مِن آيةٍ شهِدَتْ
بأنّكَto the fact that You are الواحدُthe One المستعلِيُthe Exalted الصَّمَدُthe Self-Sufficient
بأنّكَ الواحدُ المستعلِيُ الصَّمَدُ
Blessed is Your name! How many a sign has testified
Blessed is Your name, how many signs have witnessed
that You are the One, the Exalted, the Self-Sufficient.
That You are the One, the Most High, the Eternal
ماnot يصبغُdyes الأسودَthe black الغِربيبَthe raven-black غيرُكَother than You مُبْfirst part of مُبْيَضّاً: white
ما يصبغُ الأسودَ الغِربيبَ غيرُكَ مُبْ
يَضّاًcompletion of مُبْيَضّاً: white ولاand not يتعاطَىundertakes صِبغَهُits dyeing أَحَدُanyone
يَضّاً ولا يتعاطَى صِبغَهُ أَحَدُ
None but You dyes the raven-black
None but You can make the pitch-black night radiant white
white, and no one undertakes its dyeing.
None dares take on Your dye, O Peerless and Only Might
