بُنيتَ عَلى خُلقِ الرِجالِ بِأَعظُمٍ

بُنيتَ عَلى خُلقِ الرِجالِ بِأَعظُمٍ

خِفافٍ تَثَنّى تَحتَهُنَّ المَفاصِلُ

خِفافٍ تَثَنّى تَحتَهُنَّ المَفاصِلُ

You were fashioned upon the nature of men, with bones

light, beneath which the joints bend,

وَقَلبٍ جَلا عَنهُ الشُكوكَ فَإِن تَشَأ

وَقَلبٍ جَلا عَنهُ الشُكوكَ فَإِن تَشَأ

يُخَبِّركَ ظَهرَ الغَيبِ ما أَنتَ فاعِلُ

يُخَبِّركَ ظَهرَ الغَيبِ ما أَنتَ فاعِلُ

and a heart cleared of doubts; so if you wish,

it will tell you, beyond sight, what you will do.
