وَإِنّي لِأَعباءِ النَوائِبِ حَمّالُ
I relieved my brother al-ʿUdhrī of what had befallen him.
I have excused, my brother, all his faults
And indeed, I bear the burdens of calamities.
And I bear the burden of misfortunes

Have I not been known for my nobility and excellence
When they are put forward, I am indeed lavish with my wealth.
When called upon, I spend my wealth
