وَإِذاand when قيلَit was said مَنwho هِجانُpure-born noble قُرَيشٍQuraysh
وَإِذا قيلَ مَن هِجانُ قُرَيشٍ
كُنتَyou were أَنتَyou الفَتىthe young man وَأَنتَand you الهِجانُthe pure-born noble
كُنتَ أَنتَ الفَتى وَأَنتَ الهِجانُ
And when it is asked, “Who is the pure-born noble of Quraysh?”
When it is said who is the valor of Quraysh
You are the young man, and you are the pure-born noble.
You were the young man, and you were the valor
