وَلاةٌrulers حُماةٌprotectors يَحسِمُeradicates اللَهُGod ذوpossessor of القُوىmight
وَلاةٌ حُماةٌ يَحسِمُ اللَهُ ذو القُوى
بِهِمthrough them كُلَّevery داءٍmalady يُضبِنُafflicts الدينَthe faith مَعضِلِintractable
بِهِم كُلَّ داءٍ يُضبِنُ الدينَ مَعضِلِ
Rulers, protectors—God, the Lord of might, eradicates
Protectors, guardians - God, the Mighty, will decide
through them every intractable malady that afflicts the faith.
Through them every malady - restoring religion from distress
