قَصَدتُّكَ عارِياً مِن كُلِّ قَنِّ

قَصَدتُّكَ عارِياً مِن كُلِّ قَنِّ

لِكُلِّ الخَلقِ في كُلِّ المَعاني

لِكُلِّ الخَلقِ في كُلِّ المَعاني

I came to you, stripped of all bondage

I approached you bare of any artefact

To all creation, in every respect.

For all creation in all meanings

فَلَو دُنيايَ قابَلَني غِناها

فَلَو دُنيايَ قابَلَني غِناها

بِغَيرِكَ ما ثَنَيتُ لَها عَناني

بِغَيرِكَ ما ثَنَيتُ لَها عَناني

For if my world's riches came to meet me

If my world faced me with her riches

Through anyone but you, I would not turn my rein toward it.

Without you, I'd not turn my reigns to her
