Lord of a pleasant night
Passed crowned with the full moon.

From the hands of one dark-eyed and radiant.
From the hands of bent white flowers

They sickened my patience, and it grew breathless.
My patience became sick and collapsed

Upon the surface of his cheeks, it flushed crimson.
To the apples of his cheeks it was stained

Pearls above violets.
