ثلاثة أعيادٍ تلاقين جمعةٌ

وفِطْرٌ وعِيدٌ بالإمام نِزارِ

وفِطْرٌ وعِيدٌ بالإمام نِزارِ

Three feasts came together: Friday,

Three festivals meet on Friday

and Eid al-Fitr, and a feast in the person of Imam Nizār.

كذا قرَّر الله المحاسن كلَّها

كذا قرَّر الله المحاسن كلَّها

عليك أبا المنصور خير قرارِ

عليك أبا المنصور خير قرارِ

Thus God settled all virtues

Thus Allah has decreed all good things

upon you, Abū al-Manṣūr, in the finest resting place.

Upon you Abu al-Mansur, the best decision

برزتَ بروز البدر ليلة تِمَّه

برزتَ بروز البدر ليلة تِمَّه

وسِرْت برهبانةٍ ووَقار

وسِرْت برهبانةٍ ووَقار

You emerged like the full moon on the night of its fullness,

You appeared like the full moon on its night

and you walked with reverence and dignity.

And walked with devotion and dignity

وقمتَ خطيباً تورِد الحقَّ وِرْدَه

وقمتَ خطيباً تورِد الحقَّ وِرْدَه

وتنصر دينَ الله غير مُدَار

وتنصر دينَ الله غير مُدَار

And you stood as a preacher, bringing truth to its watering place,

You stood up giving sermons, speaking the truth

and you champion God's religion without appeasement.

And defending Allah’s religion without wavering

كأن ملوك الأرض في الأرض ظلمةٌ

كأن ملوك الأرض في الأرض ظلمةٌ

وأنت على الآفاق ضوءُ نهارِ

وأنت على الآفاق ضوءُ نهارِ

It is as though the kings of the earth were darkness on earth,

As if the kings of the earth were darkness on earth

while you are the light of day across the horizons.

While you are the light of day over the horizons
