عسى أن تكرهوا نعم الإفاده

“It may be that you dislike”—what a fine lesson!

May you dislike the boon of benefit

حرمت من الزيارة بعض عامٍ

وقد أعطيتها بيد العياده

I was deprived of a visit for part of a year,

I was deprived of visiting for years

Yet I was granted it by the hand of sickbed visitation.

And it was given by the hand of remedy

فكانت صحتي سبباً لنحسي
