زمانُan age كِرامٍof noble men أضاءَlit up الحَلَكْthe darkness
Truly the feast of Time and the wedding of the firmament—
An age of noble men that lit up the darkness.
وإنand indeed زَمَاناًa time بهin it قدalready وَلِيتَyou took office
لماsurely what تَمَّtotaled دهرٌan age بِبَخْسِwith the subtraction of الفَلَكْthe firmament
And indeed, the time when you took office
Is surely what 'an age' amounts to, with 'the firmament' subtracted.
