لِوَالِدَيْ طه مَقامٌ عَلاَ

لِوَالِدَيْ طه مَقامٌ عَلاَ

في جَنَّةِ الخُلْدِ ودارِ الثَّوَابْ

في جَنَّةِ الخُلْدِ ودارِ الثَّوَابْ

Taha's parents have an exalted station

My parents have a high station

in the Garden of Eternity and the abode of reward.

In Paradise, the eternal abode of reward

وقَطْرةٌ من فَضَلاتٍ له

وقَطْرةٌ من فَضَلاتٍ له

في الجَوْفِ تُنْجِي مِن ألِيمٍ العقابْ

في الجَوْفِ تُنْجِي مِن ألِيمٍ العقابْ

And a drop of his bodily waste

And a drop of his overflowing grace

in the belly saves one from painful punishment.

In my heart saves me from painful punishment

فكيف أرْحامٌ له قد غَدَتْ

فكيف أرْحامٌ له قد غَدَتْ

حامِلةً تَصْلَى بنارِ العذابْ

حامِلةً تَصْلَى بنارِ العذابْ

How, then, could wombs that became his

So how can wombs that bore him

bearers burn in the fire of torment?

Endure the fires of torment
