I have grown gray, yet beyond my collar the life of my youthful passion
has not grown; its infant lies in the cradle of longing
فيfor غُصْنِa branch upon نَقاًa sand dune إذاwhen بداappeared عُنْصُرُهits essence

for a branch upon a sand dune—when its essence appears
in the water I drink, it becomes sweet to my taste.
