أفئدةhearts الخلقِhumankind علىunder حُكْمِهِhis rule
أفئدة الخلقِ على حُكْمِهِ
لهbelonging to him رَعايَاsubjects والسَّرِيرُand the throne الْحَشَاthe bosom
له رَعايَا والسَّرِيرُ الْحَشَا
The hearts of humankind are under his rule;
Hearts of all people are under His rule
they are his subjects, and the bosom is his throne.
He has subjects, and the glorious throne
مَلَّكهmade him ruler of الحُسْنُbeauty قلوبَthe hearts of الوَرىhumankind
مَلَّكه الحُسْنُ قلوبَ الوَرى
واللّهُand God يُؤْتِيgrants مُلْكَهHis dominion مَنwhomever يَشَاHe wills
واللّهُ يُؤْتِي مُلْكَه مَن يَشَا
Beauty made him ruler of the hearts of humankind;
Beauty crowned Him the hearts of all people
and God grants His dominion to whomever He wills.
And Allah gives His kingdom to whom He wills
