مَنْwho مثلlike أحمدَAhmad أوor مَنْwho ذاthis one يُشابِهُهresembles him
مَنْ مثل أحمدَ أو مَنْ ذا يُشابِهُه
وَلْوand even if فَرَضْتyou imagined كَمَالاًperfection مَاnot تَعَدَّاهit surpassed him
وَلْو فَرَضْت كَمَالاً مَا تَعَدَّاه
Who is like Ahmad, or who is it that resembles him?
Who is like Ahmad or who can compare to him
And even if you imagined perfection, it would not surpass him.
Even if you imagine perfection, he surpasses it
أمor كيفhow يُحكىbe matched وربand the Lord الكوْنِthe universe نَوَّلَهُgranted him
أم كيف يُحكى ورب الكوْنِ نَوَّلَهُ
ماwhat لَمْnot يَنَلْهُattain it منَamong المَخْلوقِcreated beings إلاَّهُexcept him
ما لَمْ يَنَلْهُ منَ المَخْلوقِ إلاَّهُ
Or how could he be matched, when the Lord of the universe has granted him
Or how can he be described when the Lord of the universe chose him
what no created being except him has attained?
He attained what no other creature attained but him
